Victorian Cobalt Portrait Powder Jar with Mirror on the Inside

Victorian Cobalt Portrait Powder Jar with mirror on the inside, under the lid.  There is some oxidation around the rim of the jar as shown in picture.  Unmarked on bottom.  Some wearing on the top as it is quite old.  

Measures 6" in diameter x 2" tall.
